My role is to help you uncover your own answers to the leadership challenges you’re facing. I bring over a decade of experience in Engineering & Technology leadership, but I don’t hand out off-the-shelf advice. Instead, I help you see what’s holding you back, sharpen your decision-making, and move forward with clarity.

I work with senior leaders, executives, and high-potential managers — often in the technology and engineering sectors. Many of my clients are based in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire, and London, though I also work virtually with leaders across the UK and internationally.

I describe my style as non-judgmental, curious, and balancing support with challenge. Clients often say I create a safe space to think while encouraging them to take action sooner and more consciously.

Most coaching programmes run for 6 to 12 months, depending on your goals and the level of support you’re looking for.

Core: Two-hour sessions with ongoing email support

Focused: 90-minute sessions with email, SMS, and phone support

For coaching to work, I need you to be open to change, honest with me, and willing to be challenged. Coaching is most powerful when you fully engage in the process.
